    Solution architecture & scoping

    We confirm the workflow targets, architect the integrations, and lock the scope. You sign off before any code is written. If we discover the scope is wrong, we say so on day 5, not day 30.

  2. Weeks 2–4

    Build

    Production agents built using Claude or OpenAI APIs, n8n or Make.com for orchestration, custom Python where the off-the-shelf falls short. Full integration with your CRM, email, file storage, and comms tools. Security and access control configured to your org's policies. Two team training sessions included.

  3. Weeks 5–6

    Stabilisation & handover

    30-day post-launch stabilisation. We monitor, fix edge cases, retrain prompts, and adjust orchestration as your team uses the system. Documentation and full handover at the end of week 6. You own it on day 31.

After the 30-day stabilisation, you own the system. Most clients run it from there. A subset prefer to keep us on for ongoing optimisation, agent updates, and quarterly capability reviews. We don't sell a retainer to make the sprint cheaper. We sell a sprint that ships. The optional engagement exists for clients who want continuity.

Questions worth asking.

What's the scope of a fixed-fee Sprint?

The base fee covers two production agents with standard integrations. Three agents, complex multi-system orchestration, or strict compliance environments (regulated industries) sit at a higher fixed fee. We scope and quote on the kickoff call. Once quoted, the fee is fixed.

Do we have to do an Audit first?

No, but most clients should. If you can already name the workflow, the volume, the cost, and the integration points in two sentences, you're ready for a Sprint. If you can't, the Audit gives you those numbers in two weeks.

What if the agent can't handle my workflow?

That's what week 1 is for. We architect, validate, and confirm scope before any code is written. If we discover the workflow isn't a fit for AI, we say so on day 5 and refund the engagement minus the architecture fee. This has happened twice. We refunded both.

Can we use our own LLM provider or on-prem stack?

Yes. Claude, OpenAI, Anthropic via AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, on-prem Llama deployments. We've worked with all of them. Tell us what your IT policy requires and we'll architect to it.

What happens if my team breaks the system after handover?

Documentation, training, and the 30-day stabilisation mean your team should be able to maintain the system. If something breaks within 90 days of handover that's traceable to our build, we fix it free. Beyond 90 days, an optional ongoing engagement covers it; otherwise we quote a fix-rate.
