Chairos is run by three founders. We're not a consultancy in the traditional sense. We're operators who've spent the last decade on the buying side of bad AI proposals and the building side of real ones. We started Chairos because the gap between "AI is going to change everything" and "show me one workflow it actually fixed in your business" was getting embarrassing.

We sell what we wished existed when we were buying.

Most AI consultancies ship demos. AI Automation Agencies prompt-stitch no-code chatbots. Big Four firms take 12 months to deliver a slide deck. The new enterprise services arms backed by model vendors and private equity ship transformation programmes you can't afford and don't need. The same operator instinct now goes into Chairos's audits: workflow maps, payback periods, ROI math attached to every recommendation.

At Chairos, Ali owns engagement scoping, project operations, and the discipline that makes fixed-fee work actually stay fixed-fee. His job is making sure every audit, sprint, and cohort ships on time, on scope, and on the metric we said it would move.

The second is a web editor with chat and live preview so the changes you decide on land on your website without an engineering ticket. Grona is a product. Chairos is a services practice. Same founders, same philosophy, same methodology. Different clients, contracts, pricing. Grona is where we built the AI for marketing operations end-to-end. Chairos is where we deliver that capability as engagements for clients building their own AI advantage.
